ClipFarm Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete Your ClipFarm Account

Deleting your ClipFarm account will remove your personal data, including your email, profile information, connected social accounts, and clip submissions from ClipFarm. To delete your account, contact us through the ClipFarm platform.

2. Remove Connected Social Accounts

You can disconnect individual social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) from your ClipFarm profile at any time via the Accounts page in your ClipFarm dashboard. This removes the stored handle, profile URL, OAuth tokens, and verification data for that account from ClipFarm.

3. Data Retained After Deletion

Some data may be retained by ClipFarm after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Completed financial transactions (required for tax and accounting records)
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics data

4. Third-Party Data

If you signed in to ClipFarm with Google, you can also revoke ClipFarm's access from your Google account security settings. For TikTok accounts connected to ClipFarm, you can revoke access through TikTok's settings. For Instagram accounts connected to ClipFarm, revoking access through Meta's settings will prevent further data collection by ClipFarm.

5. Processing Time

Data deletion requests submitted to ClipFarm are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been removed from ClipFarm.
