How to Delete Your Data

ClipFarm respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time through the following methods:

1. Delete Your Account

Deleting your ClipFarm account will remove your personal data, including your email, profile information, connected social accounts, and clip submissions. To delete your account, contact us through the platform.

2. Remove Connected Social Accounts

You can disconnect individual social media accounts from your ClipFarm profile at any time via the Accounts page in your dashboard. This removes the stored handle, profile URL, and verification data for that account.

3. Data Retained After Deletion

Some data may be retained after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Completed financial transactions (required for tax and accounting records)
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics data

4. Third-Party Data

If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke ClipFarm's access from your Google account security settings. For connected Instagram or TikTok accounts, revoking access through those platforms will prevent further data collection.

5. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been removed.
