ClipFarm Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClipFarm ("ClipFarm", "we", "us", or "our"), a platform accessible at clip-farm.co. By accessing or using ClipFarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClipFarm.
1. About ClipFarm
ClipFarm is a marketplace connecting campaign owners with content creators (clippers). Campaign owners create campaigns with CPM-based payouts on ClipFarm. Clippers join campaigns, submit clips, and earn based on verified view performance. ClipFarm facilitates account verification, performance tracking, and payment processing between parties.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a ClipFarm account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate others on ClipFarm.
3. Social Account Connections
ClipFarm allows you to connect third-party social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube via OAuth. By connecting these accounts to ClipFarm, you authorise ClipFarm to access your public profile information and video performance metrics through the respective platform APIs. ClipFarm uses this data solely for account verification and campaign performance tracking. You can disconnect your social accounts from ClipFarm at any time via the Accounts page.
4. Earnings and Payments
Clipper earnings on ClipFarm are calculated as: (views / 1,000) x CPM rate. ClipFarm retains a 10% platform fee from gross payouts. Withdrawals are processed via Stripe Connect. Earnings are only credited for clips that have been approved by the campaign owner on ClipFarm.
5. Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for content you submit to ClipFarm. You must own or have rights to all clips submitted. You must not submit fraudulent views or manipulate metrics. Campaign owners must honour approved payouts within their stated budget on ClipFarm.
6. Termination
ClipFarm may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your ClipFarm account at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClipFarm is provided "as is" without warranties. ClipFarm is not liable for third-party platform changes affecting metrics, payment processing delays, or content disputes between campaign owners and clippers.
8. Changes to Terms
ClipFarm may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ClipFarm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
