ClipFarm Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create a ClipFarm account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Google OAuth or email/password). If you connect social media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) to ClipFarm, we store your platform handle, public profile URL, and OAuth access tokens required to verify your account and retrieve performance metrics. We also collect clip submission URLs and associated performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares).

2. How ClipFarm Uses Your Information

ClipFarm uses your information to:

• Provide and maintain the ClipFarm platform and services
• Verify ownership of connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Retrieve public profile information and video performance metrics via platform APIs
• Track clip performance metrics and calculate campaign earnings
• Process payments and withdrawals via Stripe Connect
• Detect fraudulent or suspicious activity on the ClipFarm platform
• Communicate important account and platform updates

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

ClipFarm does not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party services essential to operating ClipFarm: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and social media platform APIs including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (for account verification and metrics ingestion). Campaign owners on ClipFarm can see submitted clip URLs and performance metrics for clips in their campaigns.

4. Data Retention

ClipFarm retains your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your ClipFarm account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. completed financial transactions).

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting ClipFarm. You can disconnect social media accounts and delete your ClipFarm account from within the platform. For instructions on data deletion, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Security

ClipFarm uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and restricted database access policies (Row Level Security) to protect your data.
