When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Google OAuth or email/password). If you connect social media accounts, we store your platform handle and public profile URL. We also collect clip submission URLs and associated performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the ClipFarm platform
• Verify ownership of connected social media accounts
• Track clip performance metrics and calculate earnings
• Process payments and withdrawals via Stripe Connect
• Communicate important account and platform updates

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party services essential to operating ClipFarm: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and social media platform APIs (metrics ingestion). Campaign owners can see submitted clip URLs and performance metrics for clips in their campaigns.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. completed financial transactions).

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can disconnect social media accounts and delete your ClipFarm account from within the platform.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth), and restricted database access policies (Row Level Security) to protect your data.
